Reservation / Cancellation Policy

FOR LUNCH, DINNER AND 4 HOUR CRUISES

For full refund, you must cancel 24 hours in advance of your reservation -- a $10 cancellation fee per person will be charged when you cancel the day of the cruise -- no refunds if you fail to call or fail to show the day of the cruise.

FOR ALL DAY CRUISES, PRAIRIE TO DUBUQUE AND DUBUQUE TO PRAIRIE

For full refund, you must cancel 24 hours in advance of your reservation -- a $30 cancellation fee per person will be charged when you cancel the day of the cruise -- no refunds if you fail to call or fail to show the day of the cruise.
